No. There are no costs for joining the Affiliate program, and no ongoing costs for participating in the RichNature.com  Affiliate Program.

Richnature.com provides all its affiliates and referrers with live personal and email support. 3. How do I track my earnings?
We provide all affiliates and referrers a password-protected access to our Richnature.com Affiliate Control System. Our affiliates can monitor statistical records, evaluate their progress and optimize their performance using our program's features. This page is accessible to AFFILIATE members (registered affiliates) only.

4. Where can I download banners and other creatives?
In the Affiliates Control Panel, you will  find different banners and text ads to use on your website. You just copy the codes and paste them on your website.

5. What commission will I earn?
You can get remuneration from two methods:  REVENUE-SHARING (percentage of the revenue generated from the referral's activity) and SubAffiliate (friend referrals). Your friends should put your Affiliate ID when they sign up for the Affiliate Program. The AFFILIATE's commission is calculated and updated monthly, where the report to such is accessible at all times when you login to your Control Panel. You will earn 10% commission on your personal production. You will also earn 5% commission when your SubAffiliates generate income through REVENUE-SHARING. You can use your special Affiliate link to recruit new users to join this affiliate program. All affiliates that will join using this link will become your subaffiliates. If affiliate program offers multi tier commissions, you will continue to earn 5% commissions for every sale your subaffiliates make.

6. Where do I see my RichNature earnings for last month?
You can see your Forex earnings online by:

• Step1: Login to your account at Richnature Affiliate Control Panel.
• Step2: Select your desired report.

There are several reports which show you: Quick Report, Transaction, Traffic and Sales, Show Subaffiliates.

7. What methods of payment do you use?

Richnature.com will send the payment amounts, per all commissions earned in a specific month, in a form of WIRE TRANSFER, check or PAYPAL, according to your choice.

8. How frequently do I get paid?
Richnature.com processes all affiliate payments by the 10th business day of every month, for the preceding month's earnings. However, a delay of some days may occur. Furthermore, in several tailor-made programs (including, for example, extra incentives per referral's quality over time) part of the commission may be paid on a later basis, according to the agreement made with the affiliate.

9. How are customers tracked to me?
Every banner, or pop-up, or e-mail promotion, which is a part of your AFFILIATE activity, will be assigned a unique AFFILIATE-ID tracking code ("GATEWAY"). That will accurately identify your customers as arrivals from your site. If a customer registers, your Affiliate-ID is permanently associated to that account, so you will always be credited per such customer's trading (by  percentage of the revenue) at Richnature.com.

10. Where can I change my password?
After you have logged-in, you can change your password in your Profile. just enter the My-Account menu item and make the changes you wish. In case you have difficulties with that, please contact your affiliate account manager or send an e-mail to affiliate@richnature.com.

11. Where do I check my payment profile?
You can check the sales and your payment in the Quick Report. If you have any questions please send email to affiliate@richnature.com

12. How do I start promoting your products?
You must own, or operate a website, with the authority to post our links and banners. You can see the Getting Started section on the main page after you log-in. Generaly, you should choose some banners and links, and place them onto your pages. When your visitor clicks on a link, or banner, he will be redirected to our page. If this visitor buys something, you will be rewarded with a commission for this sale. You will also be paid a commission from the sales of each of your sub-affiliates.

13. How do I know I will be paid for my referral?
The program is powered by Post Affiliate Pro, the leading affiliate tracking software. Post Affiliate Pro uses combination of cookies and IP address to track referrals for best possible reliability. When the visitor follows your affiliate link to our site, our affiliate system registers this referral and places cookie on his or her computer. When the visitor pays for the product, affiliate system checks for cookie (if not found, checks for IP address of referral) and credits your account with commission.
This process is absolutely automatic. All your referrals will be properly tracked.

Post Affiliate Pro is used by thousands of Internet merchants and affiliates world-wide.

14. How is the payment handled?
You can choose if you want to be paid by PayPal or by wire transfer, as well as minimum payout value ($100 minimum). We do not support regular checks at the moment.
Payments are issues in US dollars, and are paid once a month, always on 15th.

15. What is the affiliate link?
Affiliate link is a special URL where you should be sending the visitors. You will get the URL's for different banners in your affiliate panel after log in.

16. Can I promote you through pay-per-click search engines?
YES! You can promote us through pay-per-click search engines. In fact, this type of promotion becomes increasingly popular and we are aware of several affiliates promoting our products in this way and making a very good profit. (Well, they keep promoting us month after month, which tells you something, doesn't it?) If you are not familiar with with type of promotion, we recommend this excellent ebook.
